A subway station in central LA was sued for murder. It is the first time in history that a public place is being sued. The family of Janet Spear is suing the station for murder, because Janet was killed by a train on the platform late last January. Supposedly the reason for her death was the billboard across the tracks that read, “Come A Little Closer”. The Spear family is refusing to sue the company whose billboard it is, because it is a funeral company. It also happens to be the company they employed for Janet’s funeral.
